The challenge

Recently the Dutch Government introduced the STAP budget, allowing citizens to develop themselves while being financially supported by the government (max 1000 euro per year). Currently there aren't any clear sourcing methods that allow people who are interested in following development courses to find what they are looking for. Currently the course offers are scattered over many different websites, making it difficult to create transparency regarding all educational opportunities.

The solution

Creating a course/education search application that incorporates dating app elements. The app would allow course providers to filter and find suitable candidates on which they can "swipe" much like in dating apps. Positively reacting on potential employee profiles would notify them. On the other hand, potential candidates are able to view and swipe on course profiles that they are interested in.
