Although different methods of hiring exist, most of these are focused on hard skill, whereas personality and personal interest are also important, not only for employee, but also for employer.

We want to build on existing techniques to advance the focus on personality and interest during the hiring process. We build on existing techniques and software, adding these components. That way, employer and employee in the future will be a better fit.
