The challenge

Different fast-food restaurants exist in the Netherlands at the moment. They provide you with cheap food within a couple of minutes. Easy and accessible to everyone. However, they often use mass production ingredients, which are not only unhealthy, but also unknown to many people.

The solution

We want to develop a fast-food concept that uses local products. Furthermore, we want to create a more complete experience by showing the guest what we are doing. That way, the guest can affiliate more with his meal. Environment friendly ways of preparing and more healthy meals is what we are looking into as well.
