Digital era brought us a lot of opportunities but a lot of threats as well. We all sometimes struggle to turn off the phone, to stop stalking our ex, to not envy people on instagram. We spend hours watching tiktok, dreaming of success but do nothing to achieve that. Digital technologies develop so fast that we had not a chance to learn how to manage them. We are in need of digital hygiene, of healthy digital habits.
Training/workshop on how to use technology effectively. How to spend less time on social media and be more productive. As it is not a skill, but more a set of habits a simple instruction is not enough. We need to ensure participants are implementing changes in their lives and that they are supported on the way.
